Explanation of RAD and DAP
Residents can choose to pay for their accommodation by a refundable deposit (RAD), a daily payment (DAP), or a combination of both.

A refundable deposit (RAD) is paid as a lump sum amount. A daily payment accrues daily and is paid periodically, for example monthly. A combination payment includes both the partial lump sum(RAD) and daily payment (DAP).

A resident with assets less than $47,500 at time of entry who is deemed to be a government supported resident is not required to pay a RAD or DAP.
